DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY
We at GALXBOY do our best to ensure that we send items that are of high quality and without defects. A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture. The following will not be considered as defective:
- Faults resulting from normal wear and tear
- Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product
On return of the item, we will assess the validity of the defect, if found to be defective we will replace it with the same item. If stock is not available, we will replace it with another item of the same value when purchased or issue you with a GALXBOY gift card for the amount paid.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
We offer a six-month limited warranty on all our products, commencing from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
