HOW TO USE

• Use your GXB gift voucher online OR in-store
• You will receive an email with your unique gift voucher code once you complete checkout.
• You can either email the gift voucher directly to the receiver on a specified date or you can have the gift card delivered directly to your inbox. Even if you send the gift card to someone other than yourself, you will still receive a gift card email with your receipt details.
• Gift vouchers expire after 3 years.
• To use your gift voucher, input your unique gift voucher code in the provided window on the checkout page online or to the cashier in-store. This unique gift voucher code will be in the email you received.
• When a customer uses a gift voucher to make a purchase, the balance on the gift card is applied to the total value of the order, which includes taxes and shipping costs. If the gift card balance is greater than or equal to the order total, the customer can complete the order without needing to provide additional payment.
• If the balance is less than the order total, the customer will need to choose an additional payment method to cover the remaining amount.
• Gift vouchers do retain their balance. This means that if you do not spend the total balance of the gift card, you can use the rest at a later stage.
